We use a variety of methods to acheive this such as working with only the best upstream providers, useing the best hardware to make our servers and on the occasions that there are issues we provide the best support to our clients that we can.
Small Space Hosting accepts a variety of online and offline payment methods including Paypal, Paymate and Alert Pay. And for offline payments we accept Australian Cheque, Australia Post Money Order or direct deposit into our bank account. Please note that offline payments are only avaliable to Australian residents at this stage.
